What It Costs

Deluxe Package

List your home until it sells for a $199.00 one-time fee. You may include additional photos (exceeding 8) for $10.00 each, and additional DSM-FSBO.com Directional Signs (exceeding 2) for $10.00 each.

Replacement photos are $10.00 each if taken by our professional photographer.  A check made payable to "DSM-FSBO.com" for the appropriate amount (1 replacement photo = $10.00, etc.) can be mailed to: DSM-FSBO.com PO Box 71161 Des Moines, IA 50325.  Once payment is received, a representative will take the designated replacement photos and upload to the seller's listing.  Replacement photos are FREE if emailed by the seller. 

Basic Package

List your home until it sells for a $149.00 one-time fee. You may include additional photos (exceeding 4) for $10.00 each. You may upgrade later to a DELUXE package for $100. Replacement photos are FREE and must be emailed by the seller.

Refund Policy

You may cancel your DSM-FSBO.com listing at any time. However, there will be NO REFUNDS once we have received your listing fee. You may re-activate your listing with no additional charge within one month of when your listing was removed from the website. Anytime after one month, you will be subject to listing rates at that time to re-list.

DSM-FSBO.com Signs (Deluxe package only)

All listing fees include a yard sign to be placed on the Customer's property, as well as two directional signs to be placed on nearby street corners. The Customer agrees to notify DSM-FSBO.com when the property has SOLD (or has a Sale Pending). After Sale, or when the listing is removed from the website, the customer is responsible for removing all signs from their property. Should the signs become damaged, lost or stolen while on the Customer's property, the Customer may purchase new replacement signs at the cost of $35.00 for the entire sign, $15.00 for the sign frame only, or $20.00 for the printed sign only.
